Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will oversee the full contract lifecycle for telecom operations and optical fibre network roll‑out projects in Damascus. You will act as the central point of contact between procurement, legal, and project teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Procurement for vendor/contractor registration and qualification.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department to draft, review, and approve contracts.
• Administer variation orders, contract amendments, and maintain a contractual risk register.
• Support tender evaluation, award processes, and monitor contractor compliance with milestones.
• Track contract expiry dates, manage extensions, and handle claim investigations.
• Oversee contract close‑out, including final acceptance, warranty hand‑overs, and invoice processing.
• Maintain Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Technical Reports in financial systems.
• Report progress, achievements, and issues to the Project Control Manager.
• Respond to internal contract inquiries and follow up on approvals within SLA.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or management.
• Contract Management certification is a plus.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all business levels.
• Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
