Field Verification Officer – Syria

About the role

We are seeking motivated Field Verification Officers to support our verification operations across Syria. You will conduct on‑site visits and phone‑based checks to confirm residential addresses, employment information, education records, and supporting documents for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer or employee locations to verify addresses and collect evidence.
• Visit company offices or workplaces to confirm employment details when required.
• Assist with education and document verification activities.
• Perform phone‑based verification checks with relevant parties.
• Capture photos and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Update verification cases accurately in the system and submit timely reports.
• Identify and report discrepancies or incomplete information to the Operations Team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy at all times.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, investigations or similar roles.
• Graduate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Comfortable travelling locally within Syria; own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications, smartphones and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English and/or relevant local languages.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
