ICT & ERP Officer – Odoo Specialist

About the role

The ICT & ERP Officer will provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to all staff while maintaining Islamic Relief’s ICT infrastructure. The role also serves as the internal focal point for the Odoo ERP system, coordinating with the external service provider and internal departments throughout implementation and ongoing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, servers, printers, phones and network equipment.
• Provide timely 1st and 2nd level support, resolving hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Office 365 and other authorized ICT systems.
• Monitor servers and networks to ensure availability, performance, security and reliability.
• Maintain accurate ICT asset and software inventories and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Implement backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery procedures for systems and data.
• Act as the internal ICT focal point for Odoo ERP, coordinating implementation, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing and user training.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for Odoo issues and document solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ICT support and infrastructure management.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP implementation or similar ERP platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with external service providers and internal teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
