About the role

GOAL, an international humanitarian agency operating in Syria, is looking for a reliable Cleaner to join its team in Saraqeb. The role supports the daily functioning of GOAL offices and field sites by maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to GOAL’s waste‑management procedures.
• Re‑stock hygiene supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facilities supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use.

Required profile

• Basic literacy in Arabic (reading and writing).
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for several hours each day.
• Commitment to GOAL’s humanitarian values and code of conduct.
