Employees Well‑being & Life Coaching Officer

About the role

We are looking for a professional and trusted Employees Well‑being & Life Coaching Officer to strengthen communication between staff and management, listen to employee concerns and help create a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of wellbeing programmes, awareness sessions, workshops and campaigns.
• Provide one‑to‑one life coaching and wellbeing support to help employees manage stress, motivation, work‑life balance and communication.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe work environments, gather employee feedback and identify challenges affecting morale and engagement.
• Identify common wellbeing issues such as stress, burnout, pressure and communication gaps.
• Promote a healthy, inclusive and supportive environment across all departments and locations.
• Collect feedback, run wellbeing surveys, analyse results and prepare structured reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate and follow up on agreed action plans to ensure implementation, closure and measurable impact.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, refer critical cases to specialised professionals and support employee‑related investigations in a neutral, observational role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration or a related field.
• Certification in life coaching, wellbeing, counselling or mental‑health first aid (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, coaching, training or employee wellbeing.
• Strong listening, communication and emotional‑intelligence skills.
• Ability to build trust with employees at all levels and handle sensitive matters objectively.
• Good facilitation, reporting, analytical and coordination abilities.
