Factory Manager – Oil Facility (Hama, Syria)

About the role

Tiryaki Agro is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead its oil processing facility in Hama, Syria. The role involves overseeing all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations effectively.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and logistics activities.
• Drive efficiency improvements, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Lead and manage plant teams and field operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic.
• Proven experience in plant or factory management, preferably in food, edible oil, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
