Field Marketing and Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Field Marketing and Partnerships Manager will lead on‑site marketing initiatives for alameensoft in Damascus, planning events, promotions and local activations to boost brand awareness and support sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor field marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows and customer visits.
• Develop, negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, industry organisations and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Manage partner programmes, track performance metrics and produce insightful reports.
• Represent alameensoft at networking events, trade exhibitions and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field marketing, event management and campaign execution, preferably in the software or ERP sector.
• Strong partnership management skills, including prospect identification, negotiation and long‑term relationship building.
• Solid understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation and sales enablement practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and optimise strategies.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in the Middle‑East market and familiarity with ERP solutions is an advantage.
