Finance Manager – Accounting, Budgeting & SAP

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the organization’s financial function, overseeing general accounting, cost management, budgeting and payroll. This role ensures that all financial activities align with corporate policies and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Develop, monitor and control budgets, cost structures and payroll processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports in compliance with reporting standards.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate financial planning, forecasting and strategic budgeting initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in finance or accounting roles.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to manage finance teams and collaborate across departments.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; GCC experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Functional expertise in SAP ERP systems.
• Proficiency with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
