About the role

PassBeyond is seeking a High Net Worth Investment Advisor to connect successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior professionals with Greek property‑investment opportunities that grant European residency. The position is remote, part‑time and operates on a commission‑only basis, allowing you to maintain existing commitments while leveraging your network.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce PassBeyond’s Golden Visa programme to qualified contacts in your network.
• Explain investment numbers, timelines, and risks to help clients make informed decisions.
• Guide clients from the initial conversation through to the issuance of their residency permit.
• Build trust through genuine, script‑free conversations; no cold‑calling or lead‑chasing.
• Collaborate remotely with the Athens headquarters for support and resources.

Required profile

• Established relationships with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, or senior professionals.
• Deep cultural fluency with the communities you will serve.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High integrity; prefers losing a deal over misleading a client.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only compensation model.
