HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid, Damascus)

About the role

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for Jeser Human Capital in Damascus. You will manage client hiring mandates from initial brief through to closure, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, job platforms and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle each client recruitment mandate end‑to‑end, preventing any delays.
• Collect role requirements, organise information and share it with the recruitment team.
• Coordinate job postings on various platforms, manage outreach and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate hiring documentation, candidate files and employment records.
• Respond to enquiries directed by management and conduct field visits when required.
• Prepare regular status reports for management on the progress of each mandate.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment or recruitment coordination.
• Strong understanding of the hiring process, payroll concepts and employment documentation.
• Good knowledge of Syrian labour law and related tax regulations.
• Fluent Arabic and professional working English (written and spoken).
• Based in Damascus and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
