Human Resources Officer – On-site in Syria

About the role

Faster Rent A Car is seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and attendance management while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment documents and maintain accurate employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Support performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR reports and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with management on HR-related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong recruitment and employee-relations background.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Good English communication skills (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
