International Business Development Executive – Logistics

About the role

TAJEX Logistics is looking for a motivated International Business Development Executive to join its Damascus team. This full‑time hybrid position combines remote flexibility with close collaboration with local and international colleagues, focusing on expanding the company’s footprint in Syria and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Syria and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Promote TAJEX’s freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply‑chain solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or international trade.
• Strong account‑management and customer‑relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
