Manager Roles – FF&E, Lighting, Automotive Marketing, Sanitaryware – Syria

About the role

We are seeking experienced managers to lead four distinct divisions in Syria: FF&E, Lighting & Electrical, Automotive Marketing, and Sanitaryware. Each role requires deep knowledge of the local market and the ability to drive growth, oversee operations and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• FF&E Division Manager – oversee end‑to‑end operations, procurement, supplier sourcing, cost control and coordination with design teams.
• Lighting Division Manager – manage project execution, engineering coordination, design review, installation, commissioning and compliance with technical standards.
• Automotive Marketing Manager – develop and implement automotive marketing strategies, digital campaigns, branding, lead generation and CRM activities.
• Sanitaryware Division Manager – direct sales, procurement, inventory and logistics, negotiate with suppliers and expand market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the respective sector (FF&E, lighting, automotive marketing or sanitaryware) within the Syrian market.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and business development capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
