About the role

GrowDose is looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its on‑site team. You will translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions for both digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and website assets.
• Develop and refine logos, brand elements, and layout designs.
• Select appropriate typography and colour palettes for each project.
• Prepare production‑ready files and manage file hand‑offs.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and maintain design consistency across all channels.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing diverse visual work.
• Experience in logo design and brand identity development.
• Solid understanding of typography, hierarchy, and readability.
• Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
