Network QoS Specialist

About the role

Azurreo is seeking a Network QoS Specialist to join its Operations team. The role focuses on supervising site stability, improving service delivery, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across remote locations in Lebanon, Syria, or Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily site performance and ensure consistent service quality.
• Identify, analyse, and escalate incidents with detailed attention.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely issue resolution.
• Track QoS metrics, produce KPI reports, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis and preventive action plans.
• Provide professional communication on customer‑facing topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QoS or network supervision.
• Proven experience in technical customer‑facing roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English for global client interaction.
• Immediate availability with no other professional or academic commitments.
