Perfume & Cosmetics Manager – Syria

About the role

The Perfume & Cosmetics Manager will lead the development and growth of the company's presence in the Syrian market. This senior position is responsible for shaping strategy, building distribution networks, and delivering profitable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy and annual plan for the Syrian market.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive activity.
• Build and expand distribution channels through strong partnerships with distributors, perfumeries, key customers, and strategic trade partners.
• Lead market development by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the product portfolio, and driving sustainable growth.
• Design and implement commercial and marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and achieve market penetration.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and principals to support long‑term development and strategic alignment.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability.
• Recruit, build, lead, and develop the local team and establish an effective organizational structure.
• Establish business processes and operational frameworks for efficient execution and future expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies continuously.
