Product Owner / Product Manager (Arabic Speaker) – SaaS Insurance Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead the development of our SaaS‑based insurance technology platform. The role bridges business needs, customer expectations and engineering teams to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions, with a focus on motor insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the SaaS platform.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise requirements from customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the product backlog and create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA and customer‑success teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions in Arabic and English.
• Monitor feedback, adoption metrics and drive continuous product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• Experience managing SaaS or enterprise software products, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, especially motor insurance.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
