QoS Specialist – Remote (Middle East)

About the role

Azurreo is seeking two QoS Specialists to join its Operations team. In this fully remote position you will supervise service quality, monitor site stability, and drive continuous improvement across telecom projects for clients in multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily site stability, alarms, and performance indicators to ensure operational continuity.
• Identify, analyze, and coordinate resolution of incidents, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, customers, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution.
• Track QoS metrics and operational KPIs, preparing structured reports for internal and customer‑facing use.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and develop preventive action plans to improve service reliability.
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding updates, incidents, and service matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Proven experience in QoS, telecom operations, network supervision, or service monitoring.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and a sense of ownership.
• Availability for a full‑time role without conflicting commitments.
