Sales Specialist – Construction & Agricultural Machinery

About the role

The Sales Specialist will be based on‑site in Iraq and will drive sales of Zoomlion’s construction and agricultural machinery portfolio. You will build and nurture customer relationships, promote product solutions and work closely with technical and service teams to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new customers in the construction and agricultural sectors.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Represent Zoomlion at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience in industrial, construction or agricultural equipment markets, preferably in Iraq or the region.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and develop sales plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within Iraq and work on‑site.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
