Sales Supervisor – Field & Team Leadership

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our field sales team in Homs. The role focuses on building a high‑performing sales force, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
• Set annual and monthly objectives, sales forecasts, and productivity targets.
• Prepare and propose annual sales budgets for the region.
• Distribute sales targets among team members and monitor progress.
• Provide regular sales and productivity reports to the Retail and Key Accounts Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales plans.
• Control distribution costs to support profitability.
• Implement merchandising standards and oversee promotions and offers.
• Evaluate and coach sales representatives using the performance management system.
• Conduct training to help the team achieve sales objectives.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or a related commercial field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales supervisory role within reputable companies.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong analytical, planning, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
