Senior Influencer Manager – EU Communication Outreach

About the role

The Senior Influencer Manager will support DG MENA’s communication strategy by designing and executing influencer‑driven campaigns that promote European Union policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA’s communication objectives.
• Identify, assess and manage relationships with influencers, digital creators and opinion leaders across target audiences.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns that showcase EU policies and initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce analytical reports and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer activities with broader communication and social‑media programmes.
• Advise on audience‑engagement tactics and emerging digital trends.
• Support the creation of campaign concepts, messaging and digital content.
• Liaise with communication teams, external partners and service providers to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing or digital media.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic are an asset.
• Minimum five years of general experience in digital/social media communication.
• At least three years of specific experience in influencer relations and campaign management.
