Senior Planning Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Planning Manager – Real Estate leads operational, technical and functional activities across the real‑estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational standards, business goals and regulatory requirements. You will drive performance, coordinate resources, manage compliance and engage stakeholders to deliver high‑quality planning services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day planning operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance and service quality.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors and other resources to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues and align technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, HSE standards and industry best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and quality benchmarks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare operational reports, technical records, cost analyses and management presentations.
• Optimize utilisation of manpower, equipment, budgets and materials to reduce waste and control costs.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, technical challenges and performance issues.
• Support quality‑assurance processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional qualification such as MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or PMP certification.
• Proven senior‑level experience in planning, coordination and operational management within real‑estate or construction environments.
