Site Civil Engineer – Power Plant Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our team on several of Syria's most ambitious power and energy projects, including a CCGT power plant. The role involves overseeing civil construction activities across multiple sites and ensuring that work aligns with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Prepare site reports and support project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 2‑4 years of site experience in construction, industrial, energy, or EPC projects.
• Strong technical and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Previous experience in power, energy, or industrial projects is an advantage.
