Software Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Symfonix is looking for a Software Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive new business and promote its AI‑enabled, cloud‑native solutions. You will work remotely with a distributed team, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle and creating compelling marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new B2B opportunities for Symfonix’s software products.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct demos, prepare proposals and close deals.
• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across web, social and email channels.
• Create targeted messaging, collateral and content that translate technical AI and cloud concepts into business value.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate value propositions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track performance metrics and analyse market and competitor trends.
• Participate in virtual events, webinars and other demand‑generation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software sales, lead generation and pipeline management with B2B clients.
• Hands‑on experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical AI, cloud and software engineering concepts in business terms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including virtual presentations and demos.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Self‑directed, comfortable in a fast‑paced remote‑first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; tech or SaaS background a plus.
