Forex Account Manager

About the role

MultiBank Group, a global financial institution offering Forex, metals, shares, indices, commodities and cryptocurrency CFDs, is looking for an experienced Forex Account Manager. The role drives client acquisition, manages client relationships and promotes Forex trading solutions, advising clients on trading strategies while keeping them satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new clients for Forex trading services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, with low churn as a key performance metric
• Advise clients on Forex products, trading platforms and market opportunities suited to their goals
• Deliver sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospects
• Educate clients on trading risks and help them develop risk management strategies
• Stay up to date on global economic events, market trends and currency fluctuations
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting regularly on sales activity
• Coordinate with research, marketing, support and compliance teams to improve client experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field; Forex certifications are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Forex, financial services or trading platforms
• Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, technical analysis and risk management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Ability to interpret market trends and economic data

Required skills

• Proficiency with Forex trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and cTrader
• Proficiency with CRM systems
