Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js/Node.js) with AI Focus

About the role

We are seeking a strong full‑stack software engineer who goes beyond writing code to understand product goals, challenge assumptions, and deliver high‑quality software. The role emphasizes AI‑enabled development using Claude Code throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Integrate Claude Code into development workflows, reviewing and improving AI‑generated code.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand feature rationale and ensure technical ownership from requirements to delivery.
• Maintain code quality through testing, debugging, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Product‑mindset: understand the why behind features, not just tickets.
• Proactive ownership: identify problems, suggest improvements, and act without being asked.
• Fast learner and critical thinker who can challenge weak requirements and propose simpler solutions.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code in real development workflows.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
