Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Head of Marketing to shape our brand, drive growth initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across all channels. This senior leader will combine creative vision with strategic insight to elevate the company’s market presence and support long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the company’s vision and commercial goals.
• Oversee brand development, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities, products, and partnerships to increase revenue and brand equity.
• Collaborate with Development and Sales teams to define and market product offerings.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all communications and ensure high‑quality output.
• Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead annual marketing budget planning, focusing on cost efficiency and ROI.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
• Direct campaign development for product launches, community activations, and corporate initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic brand management, integrated marketing and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
