About the role
The HR Supervisor/Manager will lead Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition initiatives while ensuring full compliance with Syrian Labour Law and internal HR policies. This position supports employee growth, recruitment, onboarding, and overall HR operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and support performance‑improvement plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with Syrian Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Oversee employee relations, contracts, attendance tracking, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular HR reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Syrian Labour Law.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
