Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist

About the role

The Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist will lead and manage all inventory and circuit management activities within a large‑scale transformation project. The role ensures compliance with telecom standards, operational excellence, and timely delivery of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce inventory and circuit management rules across program activities.
• Coordinate with the Streams Program Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure rule compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Support planning, implementation, testing, optimization, and handover phases.
• Conduct risk assessments, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in technical reviews, audits, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor resource utilization, operational efficiency, and service delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–15 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, operations, governance, or project management.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and service delivery environments.
• Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, system integrators, or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNP, CISSP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
