Marketing Manager

About the role

Hatahet Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for both international and local brands across Syria. The role focuses on driving brand growth in Damascus and other Syrian cities within the FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and brand strategies.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and market activations.
• Coordinate with international brand partners and suppliers.
• Manage digital, trade, retail, and pharmacy marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve brand visibility and market penetration.
• Oversee marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance.
• Supervise creative agencies, designers, media partners, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of brand management, trade marketing, and consumer marketing.
• Experience working with international brands and adhering to global marketing standards.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Experience in the Syrian market is a strong advantage.
