Programme Quality (PQ) Coordinator

About the role

The Programme Quality (PQ) Coordinator will support Trócaire’s integrated humanitarian response in the Syrian Arab Republic by ensuring that programmes meet quality standards and by contributing to monitoring and evaluation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programme quality activities across projects.
• Support the design, implementation and reporting of monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with local partners and internal teams to promote best practices.
• Prepare and share quality and performance reports.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in programme quality, monitoring and evaluation or related fields within humanitarian contexts.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
