Property Sales Agent - Project Office

About the role

Rawaj Syria, a real estate services company operating in Aleppo and surrounding areas, is hiring a full-time, on-site property sales agent for its project office. The role supports real estate projects through marketing, sales and client relationship management, working closely with project offices and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and referred clients at the project office and present available properties
• Explain features, pricing and payment plans and guide clients through their decisions
• Follow up with prospects and schedule site visits when needed
• Prepare basic sales documentation and coordinate with the project management team
• Maintain client records and respond to inquiries by phone and in person
• Support promotional activities and contribute to the project office's sales targets

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques for real estate transactions
• Abilities in training and sales management to support team development
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or property consulting is highly beneficial
• Basic knowledge of the local real estate market in Aleppo is an advantage
• Proficiency in Arabic; ability to use basic business tools such as phone, email and office software
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and willingness to work full time on site
