Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to shape and execute our sales strategy within the real‑estate sector. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on operational leadership, ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards across all sales centres.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategy and participate in corporate decision‑making.
• Design and implement short‑ and long‑term sales plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of all sales centres, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and compliance with policies.
• Manage property inventory to maximise sales opportunities and adjust monthly sales rosters for optimal staffing.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate the sales team, approve deals and ensure timely contract processing.
• Collaborate with marketing to address customer feedback, track product performance and uphold the company’s image.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
• 10–12 years of sales experience, preferably in large‑scale real‑estate development.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Technical background in engineering or architecture is a plus.
