Sales Specialist - Banking Products

About the role

BBSF Bank is looking for a Sales Specialist in Damascus to sell and market its banking products and services, both traditional and digital. The role involves visiting existing and potential customer segments, preparing documentation and follow-up, and building a market database.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and market banking products and services, highlighting their benefits and features through visits to existing or potential customer segments, as instructed by the manager or supervisor.
• Prepare the required files and documents for customer services and facilities in line with bank policy, and submit them to the Sales Coordinator to complete procedures.
• Work toward the objectives set by the direct manager, finalize agreements and deals, and gather client information, data and documents to build a market database.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit them to the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive image of the bank and follow up on products and services after the sale, resolving related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Selling, marketing and negotiation skills.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales activity and marketing digital services.
