Senior Market Manager

About the role

The Senior Market Manager will lead the identification, validation and launch of new market ventures for AZADEA Group across the Middle East and Africa. This senior position combines strategic market analysis, operational set‑up, and full P&L responsibility to ensure successful brand roll‑outs in new territories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence and market validation studies to assess new country opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end project plans for market entry, acting as operations manager to guarantee timely store openings.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop brand development and country roll‑out plans.
• Secure real‑estate, negotiate lease agreements and manage trademark registrations.
• Oversee financial performance, prepare budgets, analyse P&L statements and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, franchise and real‑estate regulations.
• Build relationships with service providers, government entities and internal stakeholders.
• Recruit, train and motivate a cross‑functional team to deliver market‑entry objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market expansion, new‑store openings or international business development.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure prime locations.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
