Senior Opinion Survey Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Opinion Survey Analyst to join a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts supporting a EU communication outreach project across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term, on‑demand and focuses on providing strategic research and analytical support to DG MENA.

Key responsibilities

• Design quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including opinion surveys and focus groups.
• Develop questionnaires, discussion guides and sampling approaches.
• Analyse survey data and focus‑group findings to identify trends, perceptions and communication opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Support audience segmentation and behavioural insights for communication campaigns.
• Advise on research methodologies, data quality and interpretation of findings.
• Present research results to project teams, DG MENA and other stakeholders.
• Contribute research insights to communication strategies, campaign development and policy outreach activities.

Required profile

• Degree in statistics, social sciences or market research.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years general experience in survey/opinion research.
• At least 3 years specific experience designing and analysing surveys and focus groups.
• Regional research experience in MENA is an asset.
