About the role
Seamless Systems is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join its on‑site team in the Al Sheikh Najjar Industrial Area, Aleppo. You will act as the bridge between customers and our engineering department, driving B2B sales of automation, smart‑system and IT/OT solutions to factories and industrial facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full technical sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Develop new business opportunities with factories, industrial sites and other B2B clients in Aleppo and surrounding markets.
- Conduct on‑site client visits, gather technical and operational requirements, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical discussions and solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to design suitable automation and IT/OT solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support the creation of sales strategies and market development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, B2B sales, technical sales or customer‑facing business development.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in technical sales and sales engineering.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work on‑site.
