Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will work on‑site in Damascus handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients, presenting Dentaray Global’s dental and touristic services and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Explain treatment options, packages and pricing to diverse audiences.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and collaborate with customer service and clinical coordination teams.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centre operations or healthcare/dental services.
• High school diploma; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using call management systems.
