Business Excellence Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Business Excellence Specialist to drive digital transformation and operational excellence across our organization. The role will redesign and digitise end‑to‑end business processes, improve efficiency, governance, and transparency, and act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AS‑IS process discovery through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design TO‑BE architectures using Lean, Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR), and continuous‑improvement frameworks.
• Develop digital‑first process designs leveraging BPMS, ERP, RPA, workflow automation, and low‑code platforms.
• Establish process ownership structures, RACI models, and governance frameworks.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs; create real‑time dashboards for performance tracking.
• Support process mining, analytics, and benefits‑realisation tracking.
• Produce SOPs, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate change adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, automation vendors, and business units on cross‑functional transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business excellence, BPM, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in BPMN 2.0 process modelling and improvement initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with BPMS, ERP, RPA or workflow automation platforms.
• CBPP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change‑management capabilities.
