About the role
BEAMRA is seeking a CX Business Development Specialist to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will play a key part in expanding the company’s client base, improving customer experiences, and supporting overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
- Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience initiatives.
- Use analytics to shape client engagement strategies.
- Contribute to sales and customer service efforts to meet organizational targets.
Required profile
- Strong analytical abilities for data assessment and trend identification.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Experience in lead generation and market research.
- Background in customer service with a focus on satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to tackle challenges independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development or customer experience roles is a plus.
