HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Home Tech Middle East is seeking a full‑time HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Damascus. The role combines recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR strategy implementation, offering flexibility to work both on‑site and from home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Design and execute HR policies, compliance initiatives, and employee training programs.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to align staffing plans with business objectives.
• Maintain employee relations and support HR operations such as record‑keeping and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset for managing HR data and generating insights.
