Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of a growing real‑estate and property investment portfolio, ensuring projects meet financial, schedule and quality targets. You will work closely with senior management to shape strategy, manage risks and optimise value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the project delivery strategy aligned with the company’s vision and annual business plan.
• Govern the project portfolio lifecycle, standardising procedures, documentation and performance metrics.
• Control budgets, OPEX, CAPEX and cash‑flow, providing regular financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Oversee contract management from pre‑bidding through execution, including tendering, evaluation and variation orders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with executives, strategic partners and government officials.
• Monitor and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing large‑scale real‑estate or property investment projects.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills, with a focus on risk and value optimisation.
