Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

UCC Holding is seeking a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Damascus office. The role will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of positions across the company’s energy, construction and engineering projects, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to shortlisting and hiring.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Strengthen employer branding and promote UCC Holding as an attractive workplace in the local market.
• Support workforce planning and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition processes in line with company standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting and interview assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to build employer brand and engage candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR within construction, engineering or related sectors (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Damascus and handle fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
