Aviation Revenue Manager

About the role

The Aviation Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing all non‑aeronautical revenue streams at an airport, ensuring accurate billing, reconciliation and reporting. This role works closely with concessionaires, utilities providers and internal departments to guarantee compliance with contracts and tariff structures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and validate daily non‑aeronautical revenues, including duty‑free, advertising, food & beverage, retail, concessions and utilities.
• Control billing processes, reconcile accounts and obtain required approvals before invoicing.
• Review and validate advertising contracts, parking revenue reports and IT system enhancements affecting revenue.
• Prepare periodic and real‑time revenue reports for senior management.
• Ensure readiness of billing for new revenue streams and contractual updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper archiving of all revenue documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an airport or concession environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.

Required skills

• Revenue recognition knowledge.
• Contract interpretation and revenue‑share calculation expertise.
• Analytical revenue control capability.
• ERP proficiency, preferably SAP.
• Fluency in English.
