Center Coordinator – TVET (Daily Paid) – Aleppo

About the role

The Center Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the TVET centre in Aleppo, ensuring that training activities are planned, delivered and evaluated in line with UNRWA policies. This role supports the Chief of TVET and contributes to the agency’s mission of empowering Palestine refugees through technical and vocational education.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement TVET activities based on needs assessments and market research, including advertising, outreach, registration and monitoring.
• Handle administrative duties such as logistical arrangements, budget support, invoice processing, filing, archiving and maintaining staff attendance records.
• Coordinate and support centre staff, including instructors and facility attendants, and provide assistance to trainees as needed.
• Ensure the safety and proper condition of classrooms, workshops and centre assets, overseeing maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Prepare regular monthly reports and update the Principal TVET Programme and relevant field staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field; equivalent academic and professional experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated creativity, flexibility and rigor in follow‑up.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to humanitarian and development work, with motivation to serve Palestine refugees.
• Respect for UNRWA rules, regulations and priorities.
• Good relations with the local community and high integrity.
