Cloud Sales Manager

About the role

WorldPosta is seeking a Cloud Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Syria and drive the growth of its cloud solutions across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will combine strong B2B technology sales experience with a startup mindset and a customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, monitor performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand WorldPosta’s cloud business and increase the customer base.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow‑up on opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross‑sell to existing customers, and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, clearly demonstrating the business value of WorldPosta’s cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solution architectures, size offerings and coordinate proofs of concept.
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to support campaigns that generate qualified sales leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitive developments and customer needs to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud or technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Previous experience in a sales manager or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with executives, IT managers, developers and other technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
