Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator works under the guidance of the Contracts Manager to support the full lifecycle of construction contracts, including consultancy, service, supply and subcontract agreements. This position ensures that all contractual documents are accurately prepared, issued, and tracked in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial, financial and contractual support for construction contracts.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in drafting, issuing and approving consultancy, service, supply and subcontract agreements.
• Administer and register consultants, service providers, suppliers and subcontractors, including guarantees and insurance documents.
• Verify authenticity and correctness of cheques, bank guarantees and other financial instruments.
• Maintain systematic records for easy tracking and documentation.
• Gather and assemble proposal information, develop proposals, and prepare presentation materials.
• Apply proposal‑writing standards, templates and quality checks.

Required profile

• Ability to work under supervision of a Contracts Manager.
• Familiarity with construction contract processes and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience reviewing financial guarantees and insurance certificates.
