End-to-End Service Order Orchestration SME

About the role

The End-to-End Service Order Orchestration SME will lead the design, customization, validation and rollout of a comprehensive service order management platform. You will translate business processes into robust system workflows that cover the full lifecycle of service requests, from intake through fulfillment, field execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate the complete service order lifecycle, including intake, creation, feasibility, approvals, assignment, fulfillment, completion and closure.
• Analyze current operational processes, identify pain points and design target‑state workflows.
• Specify orchestration rules such as statuses, transitions, SLAs, approvals, escalations and exception handling.
• Support the design of client workflows for service delivery, infrastructure deployment, field operations and reporting.
• Provide functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist UAT preparation, develop test scenarios, review defects and drive business sign‑off.
• Advise on operational controls, governance, handover points and escalation paths.
• Lead training, change‑management and user‑adoption activities.
• Act as liaison between operational SMEs, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in telecom operations, infrastructure delivery, field operations or order management.
• Strong understanding of service order management, workflow orchestration, provisioning and SLA governance.
• Experience with telecom service delivery, network rollout, site acquisition, civil works or fiber deployment is highly desirable.
