Freelance Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Freelance Recruiter to represent our firm and work directly with client stakeholders. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, aligning talent acquisition with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with client hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and coordinate interview schedules with client teams.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure data integrity.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rate.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience consistent with the client’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in agency or in‑house settings.
• Experience in a client‑facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously while meeting performance KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and headhunting techniques.
