Human Capital Coordinator Internship (Remote)

About the role

The Human Capital Coordinator internship supports daily HR operations for FIKIR-ISH’s learning‑focused initiatives. Working remotely, the intern will assist senior HR members in coordinating documentation, onboarding, engagement and training activities across Syrian establishments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and help coordinate onboarding, engagement and training programs.
• Support implementation of HR policies, benefits and leave tracking.
• Answer routine employee queries in collaboration with senior HR staff.
• Collect and report HR data, contribute to process improvements and internal communications.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities, with a responsible approach to confidential information.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software such as spreadsheets and word processing.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and HR information systems.
